A great 2013 season from my drivers in the BRSCC Mazda championship ...... I only raced once this year at Anglesey with some great 2nd place finishes, pushing the front runners of Tom Roche & James Blake Baldwin hard to the chequered flag. It was nice just to see i was still competative after 6 months out of my car ..Hoping to do a full season in 2014 if track commitments allow.
Will Phillips was impressive in his debut year of racing once teething problems were dealt with with his own race car . A few trophies picked up in the B group is always nice to see and pushing hard (sometimes a little to hard) to stay in the A group .
Sam gendy came on strong this season, more finishes than ever before and no damage . Great improvement from previous years ... Another man picking up trophies in the B races this year and trying hard to stay in the A group ... First start from pole as well at brands .... I could see the nerves ;) ... onwards and upwards for 2014
Simion Woods has my best improver award ... First year i have run him and his car so it took a little while to get a grip of his driving style . After a couple of trackdays with him and putting a setup on his car , my god did he improve ... The last few rounds he was right up there fighting for podiums in the B group . Cracking effort considering where he was on the grid at the start of the season
John cockburn Evans didnt really have enough seat time this season to get to grips with his car . Working abroad all year and trying to be competative is tough .... Hopefully lots of seat time over the winter will help in in 2014Tweet
